Hotel Tycoon is an excellent family game

After preparing the board and distributing the starting money to the players, you can start playing.

Each turn in Hotel Tycoon begins with rolling a die and then moving your pawn the corresponding number of spaces. If a 6 is rolled, the player is entitled to an extra turn. Depending on where you stopped, you can perform one of these actions.

Purchase squares: you can buy the land to build on;

Building permit: if we have land we can try to build a piece of the hotel by rolling the special die. This way we can have it for free, at double the price, pay for it normally or we won’t even have the permits to build;

Free entry: take one free entry to each hotel you own;

Free additional building: you can build an annex to one of our hotels for free.

When a player ends up with the pawn on an entrance to one of our hotels, he must roll the dice to see how long he will stay overnight and must give the indicated amount to the owner.

The player who bankrupts everyone else wins!
